Crest Mechanical has continued to achieve success in commercial contracting for over 36 years. We provide Design and Construct, Appraisal, Survey Feasibility and Project Management expertise to all aspects of mechanical building services installations.

We support and offer a wide range of services to meet all client mechanical service’s needs. From Commercial High Rise, Medical Facilities, Defence, Industrial Mechanical Ventilation, Indoor Aquatic Centres, Education and Retail Shopping Centres through to luxury Residential High-rise applications, our reputation for effective and quality installations is well founded and acknowledged by our substantial client base.

Design and construct, turnkey projects and mechanical services installations to specified designs can be undertaken to a contract size of approximately $30 million.

Crest Mechanical employs highly qualified and well trained estimating, project, commissioning and mechanical engineers who tender and install fully designed or design and construct projects. We employ in-house specialist mechanical and refrigeration plumbing, sheet metal, site supervision and commissioning teams who have the expertise to ensure each project is installed, commissioned and operating to design specifications.

Our qualified team are fully conversant with the relevant building codes, Australian Standards and design specifications. Crest Mechanical is compliant to the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry. We comply with all requirements under Work Health and Safety regulations, environmental legislation and industrial relations law.

Engineering and Drafting

Crest has a team of qualified Mechanical Engineers and drafters with a wealth of experience in mechanical design and specialising across a diverse range of industries including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential, Hotels, Education, Health and Aged Care. Our Estimating team has additional Engineers with Design and Construction experience, which allows development of the most appropriate engineering solutions for our clients.

Building Pressure Testing Services

With the ongoing focus on energy efficiency in construction, building pressure testing has become an important tool for verifying air barriers and detecting the presence of leakage in building elements.

Improved sealing of a building has a direct effect on its energy usage and is proven to provide significant cost savings along with improved overall building comfort.

Our team can provide an effective solution to meet your testing requirements utilising the latest in equipment technology and providing detailed test data.

Services & Maintenance

Crest believes Air Conditioning and mechanical services are a major investment for any commercial property. It is of great importance that commercial properties are appropriately cared for to ensure long term efficient operation.

Crest operates an established Service and Maintenance Division serving our NSW customer base. With a team of over 50 reliable and experienced Service Account Managers and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians, we have the resources to undertake service, maintenance and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems on a variety of applications, including commercial office buildings, hospitals, schools and universities, aged care, property maintenance, residential high rise and domestic properties.

Our Service and Maintenance Division provides full commissioning and a 24 hour on-call breakdown service for all contracted customers.

Five D is proud to announce that the Penrith Government Office Building which it manages on behalf of the State Property Authority has received the NABERS 5 Star Energy Rating. Five D Building Manager George Juhasz coordinated the strategy with a team of electrical and mechanical services contractors including CBUS lighting, Grid Electrical, Crest Air Conditioning-Tritech Solutions, Richard Crookes Construction and the State Property Authority.
