My Ducted Air Conditioning was installed Yesterday. I am writing to let you know that both Yvonne and I are very happy with the installation. The boys were great. They were very professional, very good at their job and had a great work ethic. For us it was like an orchestra. We had delivery of parts 6:30AM, then the electrician turned up to do the switchboard stuff at 7:00AM and then Paul, Grant, Nick and Jordan turned up to do the installation at 7:30AM. They worked very well as a team and made sure that drop sheets were laid to avoid any damage to the carpet and cleaned up before they left as though they were never there. Paul was kind enough to give us a quick rundown on the remote controller. Ed, although I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team, I was not surprised because from day 1 when you came to assess our requirement we were very impressed because you provided us with a solution rather than trying to just sell us a product. So many thanks mate and give our thanks to the rest of the team.

Hi Andrew, as you may be aware, we have recently completed the project at Waterloo Rd. Its pleasing to have Goodman respond so positively to the final product that we delivered. In particular, that we delivered a quality product that finished on time and within budget. As a Principal Contractor, we understand that we are only as good as our Subcontractors. Its only with the help of skilled and collaborative businesses like yours that we are able to deliver projects in the manner that we do. Engineering Partners have had a long and successful working relationship with Crest Air Conditioning. This relationship began in 1989 with the construction of a new 12 storey office building in Clarence Street Sydney. Five D is proud to announce that the Penrith Government Office Building which it manages on behalf of the State Property Authority has received the NABERS 5 Star Energy Rating. Five D Building Manager George Juhasz coordinated the strategy with a team of electrical and mechanical services contractors including CBUS lighting, Grid Electrical, Crest Air Conditioning-Tritech Solutions, Richard Crookes Construction and the State Property Authority. He spoke of the achievement stating “Our combined objective was to reduce the buildings’ carbon footprint by adopting good building management principles.” This achievement recognises the success of the ISO 14001 accredited environmental management system that Five D has developed along with its commitment to environmental sustainability. CEO of Five D Steve Mackintosh spoke of this commitment stating “We view our role in providing facility management services which support our client’s goals of sustainability very seriously and we seize every opportunity to demonstrate that we live by the principles that we espouse. This achievement is a testament to this commitment and will surely lead to more ratings of this kind.” Five D would like to thank all the agencies and organisations who assisted in obtaining this rating and look forward to seeing the benefits to the environment that it will provide.

We would like to thank you for the recent installation of our new air conditioning unit. We were most impressed with the team who did the installation... their workmanship... attitude... manners etc. We couldn’t find fault with anything. Last Sunday, we turned the air on for the first time since installation. We were extremely happy with the performance. We have had Crest Air to service our air conditioning before and have always been more than happy with the service and the professional advice given to us by the technicians. We were also impressed by the fact that Brett came to oversee what the boys were doing and was there to answer any questions we may have had. I thought it appropriate that I provide feedback on the recent installation of the Actron ESP Plus SRD160C / SRV160E ducted air conditioning system. As you know, we chose Crest Air Conditioning over other quotations due to your professional approach to the quotation process. You were the only sales person to measure every room and calculate the heat load, and your product knowledge was excellent. As you are aware, we paid a premium to have Crest install the system due to the professionalism of the company and our belief that Crest can provide superior backup service in the long term. Your installation crew turned up precisely on time on the day of the installation. They were friendly and professional and worked as a team all day with the installation completed on time with no complications. Please pass my congratulations onto the crew as they were a pleasure to deal with. The Actron ESP Plus SRD160C / SRV160E ducted air conditioning system has surpassed my expectations. In my web based research, there were complaints about the outside unit which have turned out to be completely wrong. The outside unit produces at least half or less noise of the previous 20 year old unit that it replaced. The greatest thing I like about the system is the lack of inside noise, in our old ducted system especially when the system was first turned on, the inside fan noise was intense. The only way to reduce the noise to an acceptable level was to turn all the zones on which meant heating or cooling the whole house, resulting in highly expensive electricity costs. In total contrast, the Actron system is almost silent inside, even with one room turned on; the variable inside fan speed works exceptionally well. My only concern is forgetting the system is turned on when I leave the house as it is so quiet. Congratulations on a job well done, it’s good to see an Australian company like Actron completely outclassing the overseas competition and being professionally supported by Crest Air Conditioning
